I have been specializing in web design for personal and small business websites for nearly ten years. I work with a variety of software depending on client needs. I am comfortable designing with a range of tools such as Dreamweaver, GoLive, Photoshop, Flux, and iWeb.   I have extensive technical customer service experience, so I'm comfortable talking to just about anyone, from the rawest beginner to the hardened web savant; I'm particularly mindful of what you, as a client, need the end result to be, and I'm very good at explaining the whys and hows of the internet along the way.  

Because I work on a Mac myself, I am in an especially good position to offer some services that are Mac OS X specific.  I am skilled with iWeb and comfortable making it do things it may not have been originally intended to do, like use external flash galleries or add PayPal buttons.  I can design your website in iWeb to make easy for you to update, or I can build you a custom iWeb template so that it's even easier to add new pages or handle updates on your own.  My templates are still typically designed in Photoshop, but all you have to deal with is iWeb.  
I also design Leopard Mail stationary, which means that you or your business can have personalized html mail templates for business communication or advertising.
